We discovered Hocicos in 2020 thanks to a recommendation from a friend who took her little dog there. Her positive comments inspired a lot of confidence in us. What we like most about Hocicos is that all the dogs are free, as if they were part of the family. Additionally, they know how to manage the pack, set boundaries, and keep the animals balanced, while giving them love. After the Hocicos family took care of our dog Nero, we now have peace of mind knowing that he will always be in good hands, for as long as necessary. The service before and after by the Hociquera family has always been close and transparent, which has been key to continuing to trust them. We would definitely recommend Hocicos to others, especially for dogs to socialize, particularly when they are puppies. I learned about Hocicos when I was living in the Netherlands and didn't have a dog. Later, I moved to Mallorca and we brought Frac as a Dutch souvenir. Due to our work, we travel a lot and whenever possible, Frac joins us on our adventures, but sometimes it's not feasible. The first time we needed to leave Frac at a boarding facility, we didn't look for another; we contacted the Hocicos family directly, whom we follow on social media. Since then, about 7 or 8 years ago, we haven't considered any other boarding for Frac. What we like the most is the familial and close treatment, which makes us feel that we leave our dog in a safe, calm, and comfortable environment. We really appreciate the 24-hour availability, the lack of cages, and the daily cohabitation among the furry ones, as well as the routines, games, and personalized attention. We have gained confidence in our trips out of Mallorca and have learned a lot about our dog's diet, behavior, and health. Frac is not an easy dog, but every time we pick him up from Hocicos, we take away a lesson or teaching that we value greatly.

I was impressed by how he treated the dogs with great care and respect, which is why I decided to choose Hocicos as the care place for my pet. What I have liked the most has been the freedom the dogs have without cages, the cozy environment, and amenities such as heating, air conditioning, sofas, and mattresses. Since they have taken care of Lila and Kora, my situation has improved and now I feel even more at ease leaving them in their care. What I liked the most were the facilities, the peace of mind knowing that my dog was in good hands, and the ability to see photos of how she was doing. I loved everything: the care, the facilities, their expertise, and the fact that they understand dogs and don't anthropomorphize them. I discovered Hocicos because I was reassured by the fact that the dogs were with a family when separated from ours. What I liked the most is the closeness and the family-like treatment. My dog Zula had a "special" character and received very personalized attention, and Hera, whom we left just a few weeks after adopting her with many fears, was well cared for and all her needs were addressed. In August 2013, I urgently needed someone to take care of my dog Linda, and that's when I found Miguel, who was the first to respond to my search. I am very grateful to have met him. What I liked the most is everything: the fact that the dogs are not in cages, the pool, the air conditioning, the good treatment and knowledge of Miguel and his family about the behavior and needs of each dog, as well as the daily routines and games they play with them, all with a lot of love, responsibility, and at reasonable prices. Linda adored Miguel and was always happy to be with him and his family. The care was always excellent. They have been of great help to me in difficult times and specific situations related to the care of my dogs. After Miguel and his family took care of Linda, my situation and outlook changed a lot for the better. They have helped me a lot, especially in certain moments and difficult situations for me. I just want to thank Miguel and his family from the bottom of my heart for everything they have done for me and my dogs, especially for Linda, who is no longer with us.
